There is a cost to us to provide, maintain and develop the Chipworks database service, which includes operation of a 24/7/365 contact centre as required by law. The fees we charge help to ensure we can operate the Chipworks database service for the duration of your pet's life.
Our charges are per pet and are non-refundable and non-transferable.

All prices include VAT and carriage (where applicable).
The cost of Chipworks Xtra is per pet but we can provide a discount if you have more than two pets that
you wish to upgrade at the same time. Please contact our customer support team on 0330 107 0958 for further
assistance. We can't apply a discount retrospectively if you have already upgraded more than two pets.
